On Saturday, the 2nd of April 2022, an open event for babies and children aged 2 months to 14 years will be held at the Browns Sports Resort Health Club, in Vilamoura.
The "Open Day Kids" programme will feature 4 free activities that will offer a happy and active afternoon for the little ones:
15:00 — Yoga Classes for babies (from 2 to 36 months);
15:00 — Tennis Classes for children ages 6+ yrs.
16:00 — Ballet Classes for children ages 3-14 yrs.
17:00 — Karate Classes for children ages 5-12 yrs.
Of all the activities mentioned, it is understandable that you don't have an idea about how Yoga Classes for babies work. These are classes in which the parent participates actively with their baby and have multiple benefits such as instructor Cátia Silva Ramos shares:
